Order Processing Times

Order processing time is 3-5 days on all items unless stated otherwise.  All fulfillment is handled by one person, so times may extent depending on the order of orders, weather, or national holidays. For the most up to date info on this check the announcement bar at the top of the website. The current processing time will always be displayed there,

For wholesale orders, processing times can fall anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on items ordered and quantity. For any inquiries regarding wholesale orders please email me floatingfrogss@gmail.com

Estimated Delivery Times 

All orders ship via USPS 

Domestic Orders (United States) generally take between 2-10 days to be delivered. 

International Orders generally take between 3-6 weeks to be delivered. However have been known to take longer. 

International Customs and Fees

Floating Frogs is not responsible for any customs, fees, Vat, taxes, or import duties with any orders. The recipient of the order is responsible for paying any charges or fees upon arrival. 

Lost Order and Stuck in transit

DISCLAIMER! Once the product is shipped and in the mail carriers hands it's out my control how long it takes for it to get to you.  I have no control over the mail system.

However I will do my best to help in case any of the following occur:

If your order has been marked as delivered while the package is not in your hands:

First please wait a couple days to see if the package shows up. It is not uncommon for USPS to prematurely mark packages as delivered while they're still in the mail truck or post office. It's also wise to check with any neighbors to see if there was a mix-up, this has personally happened to me VERY often. I also recommend actually calling the mail service rather than sending an email or messaging them. I have personally gotten much better service through the phone.

Please try contacting the mail service first before contacting me. They will be able to help you the most and will be your best bet in finding your package. If they fail to find it, all TRACKED packages are insured for the full value of the order, so please contact me and I can assist with filing an insurance claim so that you may be reimbursed.

Order Stuck in transit:

For U.S customers - Please wait up to 4 weeks since the last tracking update before contacting me. Its common for packages to get stuck in the mail process, but often times they'll eventually find their way too you. Its also not uncommon for packages to not be updated for days and then suddenly be out for delivery, so please wait the full 4 weeks before contacting me.

International Customers- Unfortunately international delivery can be very spotty and may not update for weeks at a time. Packages often don't get updated until they're almost right on your doorstep. Once they leave the U.S sorting facility they may not update again until they're in your city. Please wait 2 months before contacting me about a potential lost package. All tracked orders are insured for the full value of the package, so if it is deemed lost by the postal service  I can assist you in filing an insurance claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Order Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item please contact me. I am more than happy to look into it for you and assist! When contacting me please include the following in your email (floatingfrogss@gmail.com): 

1. Take a photo of the item, make sure its clear and the item is clearly visible. In the case of the item being damaged please take a photo of both the damaged item itself, (Please make sure all damage is noticeable in the pictures!) and the interior and exterior packaging. Please make sure all photos are clear and have decent lighting. It's super important that you also keep any and all packaging for the item.

2.Your full name and order number as well as the items you were supposed to receive in case you received the wrong item. 

Once this is all done and I have gone through the email I will reach out and work with you on a resolution. If the order is damaged I will file an insurance claim. I may also request the incorrect or damaged item to be shipped sent back. If this is the case the customer is not responsible for reshipment costs.
